Getting Started
Upload construction takeoffs, estimates, or bid documents and let Takeoff Convert AI transform them into editable Word proposals. Follow the steps below to create your first proposal.
1. Upload your file
Select PDF or image-based takeoffs up to 100 MB. We accept single or multi-page documents.
2. Review extracted data
Our AI reads line items, quantities, and pricing. Make quick edits if needed before generating the proposal.
3. Generate & download
Choose your template, add branding, and export an editable Word document for client delivery.
Troubleshooting
Most issues are resolved by re-uploading the file or adjusting settings. If a problem persists, send us the document via secure support channels.
Upload errors
Verify file format and size. Try splitting large multi-trade takeoffs into sections.
Extraction accuracy
Use clear scans and ensure tables have headers. You can edit line items before exporting.
Proposal formatting
Customize branding in your account settings. Regenerate the Word file if changes are not reflected.
